It’s difficult to say which is the strongest, as it depends on party composition, playstyle, point in the game, and other factors.

Regarding the dual-class options, you miss out on the fighter’s HLAs and gain HLAs later in the game. For this reason, I would prefer the multiclass option, especially considering that there isn’t another similar character available in-game. Between the two, in my opinion, the Berserker → Cleric is significantly stronger.

As for the multiclass options, the difference isn’t huge. Fighter/Clerics level up their fighter class faster than Ranger/Clerics and can reach weapon mastery, but this doesn’t make a big difference for a bhaalspawn character. On the other hand, having ranger abilities—especially stealth—and access to some druidic spells can be an advantage if you don’t have other rangers or druids in the party.

I would give my vote to the Ranger/Cleric, also because it needs to be played differently than any other character. Still, the difference is not that clear-cut; it remains a subjective and situational choice.

I would give my vote to Ranger/Cleric as well. Play style especially seems (to me) to be the lynch pin. I rarely use 2 handed fighting style, others love it. I did take grand mastery in slings on a ranger/cleric and it was devastating as that multi-class can have the 18/xx strength and therefore that strength bonus is added to the bullet damage. But I would rather missile an enemy to death than charge in with two melee weapons. Just my style of play.
A ranger/cleric is a top contender for the best class in IWD as the cleric and added druid spells you get in IWD are much better than BG (IMHO).

Ohh, I just figured it out. It’s not the total score of the word times the number of golden tiles, it’s the base word score. So it’s not including the bonus points for word length.

Correct. There's the word score (the first part) and the bonus points (the second part).
Golden multiplies specifically the word score while other things multiply your total score.

if you dont have gems you can instead replace them for another card from any other game, and if you do this, unlike gems, there is no need to add multiple. (example 5:5+25gems vs 5:5+1extra random card)

Can you set alarm to ring at specific time instead of countdown style? Would be really helpful to set it to ring an hour before salvage permit expires.

Idk why this game gets so much hate I started playing after jetpacks were taken out so I dont know what I am missing out on. This game is awesome as is a relaunch is what it needs and more content is always appreciated. We just need streamers to start playing so more people know about the game only way i found out was the comment section on youtube.
