Assuming you're not making ♥♥♥♥ up, utilization is way too low indicating an issue with your pc. These issues can be solved with proper troubleshooting and your setup shouldn't be having them. It really isn't too much to do with the engine, which also has its flaws ofc, but it's pretty clear you're not interested in any problem solving . Instead of throwing a mom-took-my-ipad crashout, you could have asked for help and there are a bunch of knowledgeable people who frequent these boards who may have helped you out

If that makes you mad, apply for a job with them, so that you're at least tied to the company whilst running their defense. Almost forgot about that one. So they have two feathers in the cap for optimization: DS2 and AC6. Wahoo. :/

On second thought, AC6 might not be the win I think it is because I'm on Linux. I forgot that for many, it's outright broken on W11. Another nail in their coffin is the Elden Ring Tarnished edition on S2 is running like garbage, no surprise. idk why or if its a ntetnion on the game but when taking pics the bar goes down for some reason on each animal idk if thats because of saving points if there are any or if its because of the game idk great game dont get me wrong just needs to be worked on more

truckersmp works with what you have for ets2.
if you own certain dlc, it will be available in truckersmp.
if you dont own certain dlc, it won't be available there.

every single Sonic game goes on sale, if you want CTRNF for 40 bucks, then get CTRNF for 40 buck, every person I saw that is interested in this game is either getting the standard edition, the deluxe one, or just waiting for a sale... simple

That is not an excuse for horrible pricing. Its also a horrible strategy for a game that focuses on online play as there is a great chance the servers will be dead by the time the game is at an ok price, which will further deter people from buying it. And also just... why are you ok with $70 being the norm? Genuine question.

I'll ignore what "good qualities of its predecessors" even means because none of those have crossplay for starter

Ok so lets look at Transformed, which has:

-Better track selection
-Better and balanced stat customisation
-SUPERIOR trick system
-Better roster
-Better sense of speed and weight to the cars
-Transform gimmick is handled a lot better

I 100% doubt that someone will rather do 3 laps in the same track than change things for the second lap for variety and making things look fresh... but the game will have customizable option about rules of each track, there's a chance one of those is dissable crossworld portals, we dont know how time trials even works yet... if is with portals or in the same track

Do you have any proof though. Cause I've searched and can't find any evidence that this will be the case. Show proof or admit you are wrong.

Fifa and Fortnite are considered Esports games, so clearly they do not care about balanced or competitive games. I'm talking about REAL competitive games where skill is the main focus. We haven't had a kart racing game like this which is a shame, closest we ever got was CTR and even then there were problems (Activision not porting to PC was the big one)

So no, being featured as an Esport does not automatically make your game fair and fun. And who tf is gonna go to a tournament for a Sonic racing game? lmao

idk about you, but I rather play a spin-off racing game with interesting characters than random npc's for the specific franchise... a reason people HATED MKW roster is for that.. same with TSR, where it was just sonic characters, people hated that...

This is wrong on so, so many levels

Team Sonic Racing was a terrible game, and part of that was the awful roster. The problem wasn't for having Sonic characters, in fact the problem was that it had barley any at all. Only 15 characters is a complete joke, not just coming off of Transformed, but compared to EVERY SINGLE OTHER KART RACER RELEASING AT THE TIME. Mario Kart 8 had a mixed roster imo but had much more to offer, and CTR completely dominates BOTH games in this regard. Only 15 characters and cutting obvious picks like Cream and The Chaotix in favor of random Chao and Zavok, genuinely hope the person behind that decision was fired. So no, Sonic characters weren't the problem, the lack of them was.

Crossworlds has more of them, which is an improvement, but only slightly. Still missing a lot and not making them the focus is baffling.

Mario Kart World suffered from completely random picks like random enemies that nobody cares about. Again, the problem wasn't that they picked Mario characters, the problem was that they picked ♥♥♥♥ ones. There are tons of spinoffs such as the RPGs that have lots of cool characters to choose from.

No, because the characters there at least follow some set of rules, such as the character must have been featured on a Nintendo console at least once. Tell me exactly what rules there are for the Crossworlds DLC characters, cause it seems like they're just picking random ♥♥♥♥ for the sake of it. Its incredibly cringy and is gonna make the game feel horribly dated.

eeeh, the "vote with your wallet" thing never worked... at all... never, absolutly I've seen no examples of that ever working... Denuvo will stay for a loooong time for many games, an absolutly shame, but what else we can do? not gonna restrict myself for playing something I want just for a software im not a fan of.

only time one of those animations are related with the game was the knuckles one with frontires, explaining how he got trapped... and even then, you can enjoy the games without watching the animations, since they mostly add nothing at all, at worst a little build up, like the shadow one...

Im not defending the price tag, Im being realistic... is 70.. cry all you want, but is 70.. if that's to much, just wait for a sale, clearly you care about this game if you put time to write in here, most people that are not interested in this game just move on and play what they like

Back when this game came out, the best solution was simply save early save often. Even with just one save slot, has yet to ever let me down.

Noticed that for me and a few ppl I know from different places, it got some major lag and delay problems, kinda felt like I was playing with ppl on the other side of the globe even locally. First I thought I had a bad Weekend, but hearing it from multiple ppl experiencing the same made me think that the last hotfix might have messed some stuff up a bit. On the other hand... extra hardmode for boomer event^^

No there isn't.
For bonus suffering when having to do moves like this, the game doesn't even preserve the orientation of items when picking them up, so it's not just grabbing every item one at a time, but re-flipping and rotating them as well.
