I'd argue a good lance player is actually a bit more impactful than a good GS or LS player, simply due to DPS uptime. It doesn't do *as* small an amount of damage as people claim, still less than most melee but you're not looking at the dismal S&S/DB hit values, just reasonable triple digits in end-game.

All pale in comparison to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 2-shield Guard Pierce HBG though. 40K+ damage per hunt? 60->100 DPS? Barely have to care about 3/4ths of the attacks in the game? Yep!
for the cost of a lot of prep and fat-rolling, which is barely a cost.

are you sure that about dps uptime? if we check the speedrun leader board Altreon category on only 1 on top 100 and only 8 to that page i think same goes for Fatalis only 1 on top 100.

lance is impactful yes but more than Good GS or LS player due to DPS uptime i dont think so.

looks like there is a problem with monuments achievments , as well as academy 2nd level , relics collection etc , i got many of achievements while playing playtest , but it seems like some other ones do not work

I only ever heat jevil for the jevilstail never saw a reason to go for the knife.

This is my inventory setup.
Manual, spin cake, choco diamond, choco diamond, hearts donut, hearts donut, dark burger, dark burger, revive mint, club sandwich.

On pacifist the key is taking as many turns as possible to defebs so you can get the 8 pirouettes you need to put jevil to sleep.

So its imperative that your whole party stay alive and more importantly so for ralsei to stay alive at the end so he can pacify.

Even with the best defense buffing gear equipped jevils attacks arent to br taken lightly however.

His Diamonds attack is easy to dodge they only move straight up or down.

Hearts is also easy to dodge this attack tracks you so stay away in one corner and move to another once he releases it.

Spades is tricky the attack takes up pretty much the whole screen and its faster than you but theres a way to deal with it. Go into one corner of the screen and theres a small window you can move in between the two spades that reach you.

Last is clubs. This is an attack that is wildly unpredictable as you have to move inbetween the spread of multiple rows the key is to try and predict where the least amount of fire is going to cover and move there based on where jevil is firing them.

Next is his scythe attack.
Move the same rotation as the scythes as they circle inward eventually jevil will throw a red scythe that tracks you in with this attack when he does this attack it will always go on your position from fhe moment it spawns in watch the rotating scythe tand move upward/downward the moment they are fully inward.

Then theres the carousel.
This is by far his most perplexing attack. The movement is unpredictable and the hitboxes aren’t forgiving. There is a strategy to deal with the is attack but in a panic it can mess with your head. Just stay calm and try to follow this. If its moving downward go over. If its moving upward go under.

After about the 6th pirouette jevil will use his go wild attack.
During go wild hes gonna hit with diamonds, spades, hearts and clubs all at once. Hell only do this once and its complete chaos when he does just try your best.

Once you’ve done the final pirouette his ultimate attack will come this is very easy to deal with it’s literally just avoiding raining scythes.

Throughout the fight use choco diamonds to heal kris, hearts donuts for susie and dark burgers for ralsei thats where youll get the most value.
