dice developer said today there's a "super bullet" bug that does crazy damage on some weapons

So I was trying to mod Rdr2 but I failed MISERABLY and Now I cant play Online So please does anyone have any idea of how I can fix this

The last patch for the game was still released on May 13, 2024.

And you can't disable autoupdating because that's contrary to the very reason why Steam existed in the first place; which is to avoid people having to scour the internet to find the latest update and patch for the game by keeping that game updated on its own.

That is NOT why Steam exists or started at all. And before Steam existed it was easy to find and install whatever update you wanted with a tiny bit of thought.

So tiring watching people with no experience now talk like they know why something happened, when they haven't a clue cos they weren't even there at the time cos Steam is now their idol they grew up with. It can do no wrong.

There's a lot to love about this game. The pathfinding of all the characters is not one of them. For it to be so rudimentary as "Draw straight line to target" and have ZERO contingency for objects being the way is some crazy stuff for how much good there is in this game.

It makes most of the base building feel bad, it makes raids feel bad, it makes followers feel bad. It touches so many aspects of the game i'm blown away no one has mentioned it and asked for it to be moved up in terms of importance.

I've pre-ordered the deluxe edition because Venom Snake deserve the drip.
