I have been an active member since 2023, 28 days and more on my xbox account with all 7 classes maxed out with champion level 800. Never went against ToS.

I put in the support ticket and have yet to get an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ response from a legit support staff. All i have been receiving is reworded copy and paste auto responses.

I highly doubt that anyone is looking into my account, scene the images i have posted to prove I have been an active player for 2 whole years of my accounts creation in 2023.

This is completely unacceptable due to the fact the eligibility is extremely vague "keep playing and submit another ticket, maybe you reached the eligibility"

I have asked multiple times about a senior or manager to oversee this issue. Instead i get hit with "we removed gifting from everyone, try again later" worded differently with each response. Its been a couple days now.

Completely unacceptable for a player who is not new to the game and is only wanting to gift to his spouse while providing more than enough evidence to show I have reached well above the criteria that they keep hidden from public, forcing legitimate players to be kept in the dark as if there is a possibility Half Life 3 is coming out, just keep spending money and find out is what they are truly saying.

This is beyond unacceptable. Screw the bots or abusers, this is not a way to solve the issue. Either say you removed gifting indefinitely instead of wasting my time with ZENIMAX BOTS SAYING I HAVE NOT REACH A CRITERIA THAT THEY THEMSELVES DO NOT KNOW OR BOTHER TO FURTHER INVESTIGATE THE PROFILE.

FFS, still no map selection!?!?! Glad I haven't played this game for months, just because of that ♥♥♥♥ (and cheaters). Get map selection back and I will come back to PUBG!

This is some raw feedback from someone who actually plays your game and is fed up with half-measures, broken immersion, and lazy shortcuts. Treat this like a checklist of what’s broken and what needs fixing if you want to stop hemorrhaging respect in the sim community. Nothing here is optional. It’s the baseline.


Finish the damn cockpits. Placeholder interiors and half-baked gauges in a “realistic” sim are clown behavior. Every aircraft—old and new—should ship with a complete cockpit: working instruments, accurate sights, and nation-specific layouts. This isn’t garnish. It’s how players fly, fight, and orient. Phoning it in and calling it “content” insults everyone who actually plays the game.

Crew models and voices need to match, or stop pretending it’s a sim. Thirty-year-old tanker model yelling in a teenage voice? Immersion obliterated. Update crew visuals and gear per nation and era, then make the voice direction fit. Tone, age, radio style, everything. It’s basic consistency—and the current setup is just lazy.

Model every MG port properly or don’t pretend you care about accuracy. Ball and hull MGs—like on the M4A1—should be visible, animated, and usable. Not decorative garbage. Give them correct arcs, damage states, and historical hardware. Use them in combat or leave them out—but stop treating critical details like optional flair.

Turret baskets are not “extra.” They’re required. You want to simulate combat vehicles? Then build the damn vehicles. Leaving out baskets changes crew flow, silhouette, and interior layout. Omitting them is either ignorance or bias—neither is acceptable. Commit to full fidelity or stop pretending.

Stop starving the lower tiers like they’re a beta test. Tiers I–III are where tons of players actually spend time. Starving them of maps, variety, and sane economics is self-sabotage. Add new objectives, rotate match types, drop repair costs, and give lower tier lineups actual diversity. Otherwise, watch churn eat your base.

Game modes need brains, not cosmetics. Ground battles are stuck in a “cap-camp-repeat” loop. Air is a kill-farm with zero context. Add asymmetric objectives (convoy escorts, breakthroughs, base assaults), dynamic secondary missions, and anti-steamroll pacing. Right now it’s just tedious rinse-repeat. Build modes that reward smart play—not just stubborn survival.

Stop stuffing events and battle passes with rebranded trash. If a vehicle doesn’t offer new mechanics or tactical options, don’t ship it. New paint and +0.7 acceleration means nothing. Build fewer vehicles with higher impact, unique assets, and gameplay-altering traits—or stop wasting everyone’s time.

And quit treating players like vending machines with credit cards. FOMO traps, grind walls, predatory loot mechanics, and repair cost extortion scream “we don’t care.” Publish honest pricing, cut the abusive economics, give clear patch timelines, and stop baiting retention with busywork. Players aren’t idiots—and this isn’t subtle.

Wrap it up: Complete interiors. Accurate crew presentation. Real historical detail. Early tier variety. Intelligent game modes. Events that matter. Respect for your player base. Anything less is just a shiny churn machine pretending to be a sim.
