Go to your Install folder, mine is S:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout76\Data

Drop the *.ba2 file into it

The go to the Fallou76 folder and open the Fallout76Custom.ini (<-- make a copy and paste backup first if you have never done this before) and add the name of the *.ba2 you want to use. For example I have the lockpickbar and Mountain Mama Underwear mods running, and my Fallout76Custom.ini looks like this.

Once done save it and your shirt and slacks should be shown in game. Now my underwear mod replaces the vanilla ugly dirty underwear with dark grey clean cloth, I dont know what your mod replaces so you probably wont see it unless you equip exactly the clothing it replaces.

I've done what you've instructed to no avail.
of course you do realise that this mod was loose file and did not have a .ba2 file?
However, with the help of tools like Archive2 and BAMgr_FOE, I've created two different .ba2 files: Each instance failed to give result.
Perhaps i didn't create these .ba2 files correctly and used the tools wrongly.
In which case, perhaps YOU could shed some light as to how use them and advice me accordingly?

I haven't gotten far enough to come across these yet, but I will certainly keep my eyes open for them.

Having an 'unlimited potions with X second cooldown' button in the difficulty settings would be welcome as well.
Or it can be another possible affix of equipped potion.
Because... honestly, now it's really small amount of affixes available for potions... or it's me so unlucky on potion drop.

This is an EA game, after all, so now is the time to have these discussions. Even like two more potions as the default at the start of the game would be really helpful. The griffon is really tough if you lack coordination on the mouse and keyboard.

Although this is true, it has never been a problem since people who were new were teamed up with new players and those that play bad with similar skilled players. But now the balance is gone and you get players with 2-10 games total joining quark/superstring lobbies. This is the main problem, not so much the people being bad per se.

no it was always like that for me
and i don't agree at all, i've seen people level 200 play worst than me after 1 hour in the game
lots of people just stay bad, which would be fine if it wasn't for the fact that here "bad" means not looking at 90 % of your screen
and matchmaking also has always been wonky even in season 1 whether ranked or unranked
