try to stay outside at -20c with wind of 30 km/h, -20c is not really this bad, in other area tmperature can drop to -30c and even -40c, especially outside of town

pretty sure people who post here can stay outside longer time at 30c with high moisture, sunny day than -20c windy day

people who took winter never experience wind at -20c on their skin, i can tell you when you feel that it is like if you cant move, you try to crawl yourself to keep your warm, even with jacket the cold wind can reach your bone

If you want to claim that arid regions are more tolerable to you than frigid regions, fine. Great. However, no argument can legitimately be made that humans tolerate heat better than cold. That's just flat out a non-starter. It's a biological fact that we do better with cold, when the magnitude of cold and heat are equivalent.

because i experience -20c and 30c i can tell you i very understand the subject, you obviously you never see temperature below zero c, you think winter is just chilling nice time, lol sorry when you will feel true winter wind on your skin you will see what real winter mean
