I'm only on threat 5 because I've been trying to farm some new advisors and unlock kings' abilities but the King Leo nerf seems more like a gutting. The nerf to the first ability is very reasonable. The doubling of all his costs? That's insane. Maybe I'm a super suboptimal player but getting to his latter upgrades was already a bit prohibitive.
