Yeah, but sadly for some reason dev's feel they need to cram souls like into everything these days. very annoying for those of us that arent souls like fans

For ♥♥♥♥♥ sake, needing to avoid AOEs isn't something Dark Souls invented "don't stand in bad" was present in Diablo 1 over 20 years ago and was present in TQ1 almost 20 years ago. The singular difference between then and now is that now there's a button that makes it easier to not stand in bad so you don't have to manually walk out of it.

Ya this is more like a arcade. You can't tank 50 cal bullets in every game but this one you can :D
