And even if you don't engage this option, the max you can have at one time is 9, I've been saving only when I see a Soul Tether (the quicksave item) so I can get back to 9 when I save, and so far, I've been able to complete the first hub and three levels with 9 tethers in my inventory all the time.

Someone posted that before the devs limited it to 9, they finished the game with 101 tethers remaining. You can't do that anymore, but the point is that there's more than enough tethers to play the game more or less "normally".

So, when is a good time to start upgrading your merc's cyberware? My crew is about level 10-12, power level 4.29 but I can at most access some level 3 augmentations in most cyberslots. Dr. Ashe's cybernetics service is at level 3.

Games seldom suddenly attract notably more players after their launch period, this is also still a mech game which automatically limits its overall market appeal (to my chagrin as a mech fan).

This game should be renamed from Destiny 2 to Farming Simulator. 10 percent new content, and 90 percent old, boring, already paid content that no one wants to see anymore, but you have to play to level up your power! This is a new low for Bungie; for me, it borders on fraud what you have sold us.

Simple as. If the mod works on 1.10.984, the notes will tell you right quick.

A skill that seems to have disappeared.

its not about reading as even you read the Note you can only assume that the Mod Work on base what the Modmaker write the true is that many Mods you find on Nexus have in the Note that they work fine with 1.10.984.
The true is they run with the NG update but not real Work or at least Work only half as run with and work with are 2 complete differnet things.
I mod my game now after i return to FO4 for near 1 year and im still not finish why many of the Mods that say they Work in 1.10.984 do it only half or break things in late game as they was never real testet they was only testet if the game start with them but not if there feature work over time so even reading will not help you and that mean that Modding in 1.10.984 is real difficuld and a pain even you can read :)

I have read this 3 times, and I have no idea what you are trying to say.

There is the mod description page, then "files", then images, video, posts, bugs log, stats.

Go to Posts and Bugs, and read everything there.
That will give you an idea of if the mod works or not. If you are seeing massive amounts of Posts saying"This doesn't work" and lots of bug reports, then you know you have a problem mod.

of course, one has to take some care in reading to weed out the "tourists" from those that actually know a thing or two... but that is usually pretty easy as Tourists leave very short posts with no supporting info, usually along the lines of "It doesn't work"...
