would i buy them in-game? eehhh, no
but you can tell they clearly had fun making it, doesn't have that much professionalism, but a real charming weapons trailer
and whats the deal with people hating Nerf? Nerf has been around for many years and kids all over the world still play with them, i remember having several nerf guns when i was younger
so having a overwatch set, would be really cool to have
i'm not saying Blizzard, OW2 nor Nerf is perfect
but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, let your inner child out and just enjoy what little good we actually get from blizzard with possibilities, instead of bashing everything they make
at the end of the day, it's just cosmetics and a toy
it just makes sense they would make this colab

I was playing my favorite game, RUST, and I was VAC-banned, even though I didn't use or download any illegal software.

whats your next step? Update the demo with the new character? Early access? I would totally be fine giving you money for an early access version of the game, I had way to much fun with the demo already (6h)
