hey everyone I have the lost saves issue this morning and I recovered my files doing this (on mac) maybe it can help you too:

If your Tiny Bookshop save has disappeared on Mac, it might still be on your computer — just in a different folder than the game is currently reading from. The game often looks for saves in `~/Library/Application Support/neoludic games/Tiny Bookshop/Steam/Saves`, but your real save files might still be in `~/Library/Application Support/games.neoludic.tiny-bookshop/Steam/Saves`. To recover them, first completely close the game and Steam. Open Terminal and back up both locations to your Desktop so you don’t lose anything, by running:

"cp -R ~/Library/Application\ Support/neoludic\ games/Tiny\ Bookshop/Steam/Saves ~/Desktop/neoludic_games_backup"

"cp -R ~/Library/Application\ Support/games.neoludic.tiny-bookshop/Steam/Saves ~/Desktop/games_neoludic_backup"

Then copy the files from the old save location into the one the game uses:

"cp ~/Library/Application\ Support/games.neoludic.tiny-bookshop/Steam/Saves/* ~/Library/Application\ Support/neoludic\ games/Tiny\ Bookshop/Steam/Saves/"

REMOVE THE ""

Now open the game and check if your saves appear. If they do, you’re done — if not, try keeping only the most recent save file in that folder or send both backup folders as a ZIP to the developers at developers@neoludic.games along with your Steam username, operating system version, and the date/time you lost your progress. The file `steam_autocloud.vdf` is not your real save — it’s just a small Steam Cloud settings file — so make sure you’re copying `.save`, `.json`, `.bin`, or similarly large files.

You are an absolute legend! This saved me, hopefully I can finally get those last few achievements now! If you have Reddit, would you mind posting it to the Tiny Bookshop community there? Lots of folk over there have lost their save files too. If you don't have Reddit, would you mind if I posted your instructions?

Except BF2042, BF6, BO7, possibly BO6 after an upcoming patch, and any other game that wants to leverage Secure Boot as part of their anti-cheat technology.

BF2042 works without secure boot if you have MBR.
I still play it.
They removed this ability from BF6 though. So while I can play 2042, I can't play BF6.
BO7, Bo6? I guess that is Call of Duty? Not interested in this garbage.

I've the same 3440x1440 resolution, AMD 7950x, 32GB ram, 9070 XT, 115-125 fps with my own settings and I have no such problems. I'm on windows 10 though, so could be a factor? My mate with windows 11 has nothing but problems in so many applications and games, so I decided not to update due to that. I saw in other posts about people with 100% cpu spikes and they all seem to be running nvidia gpu's. Maybe they're running win 11 too? Most don't mention which os they're running. So at a guess, i'd say Nvidia/Win 11 problems?

I've just upgraded to an OLED 3440x2440 now I get little freezes with sound also. Could it be the resolution somehow?

Demo has been on for several months and the day before you say you need it? However, more than likely, the demo does not reflect the full version of the game, it's a very old build as far as I know. So they could be creating a new demo for it.

Excuse me for only discovering the game like yesterday and only because of Force Gamings video.
