Cancels works both ways; hold primary and tap sprint every time shield connects, or hold sprint and tap primary. Both ways has their usages as with one you keep sprinting non stop and other you sprint only periodically. (fast/slow targets)

I was waiting for the troll to come along and say "just don't use lock on" and amazingly, within MINUTES of me posting, along he came.

Also, playing "way way too long" is another pathetic response. Is there a certain amount of hours a person should be playing this game? Please enlighten us all! Given the game is three years old, 1500 hours is not really that much. On average, that means I've played the game less than one hour a day... but hey, if the troll says its "way, way too long", then I guess the troll is right, right?

who said anything about "needing" to do anything? But when I do want to use it, it is ruined at least 50% of the time. Stop pretending like this is some new complaint; people have been complaining about it for years.

Further: it is merely your opinion that it's useful from time to time, just like it's my opinion that it is garbage.

Nothing in what I wrote indicated for even a millisecond that it is "literally required", that is merely your interpretation.

The deletion just proves it was a rule-breaking comment......but that doesn’t change the fact that for nearly a full day it was allowed to sit there, gather awards, and be laughed at, while my reply got an instant ban. That’s the issue. If Steam wants to enforce the rules on both sides, fine, but enforcement needs to be consistent and timely. Otherwise the message is that racist comments can linger and spread, while calling them out gets punished immediately. That’s why I say Steam is effectively allowing racism.
Not reacting as quickly as you'd have liked doesn't equate to racism.

The racist persons comment targeted ethnicity and gender identity, not just me. SEA means Southeast Asian, so it is a racial and regional reference. Ladyboy is a derogatory term for trans women in Southeast Asia. Put together with boomer sex tourist it pushes the stereotype of a white man fetishizing or exploiting Asian people. It was not a generic insult about a game. It was aimed at my profile photo of a white man with an Asian wife and used a sexualized stereotype tied to her ethnicity. That is why it is racist and also transphobic.
