When I try to run a dedicated server, I get this strange (error) Message popup.

Failed to open descriptor file ../../../AbioticFactor/AbioticFactor.uproject

It'd have been much nicer if that were spat out on the command line; would have saved me from installing a whole GUI environment and xrdp host on my sever.

However, I can't find any similar filename (AbioticFactor.uproject) on either the dedicated server or desktop game installs.

Is this some known issue with Dedicated servers?

Simon should have anti-cheese mechanics.

Make it so that once he enters Phase 2 after the cutscene he limits your damage cap to 3 million or a percentage of his hp to take NG+ into account (indicated with a text message + animation like how he removes your HP)
After being stunned 3 times he should adapt to it and become stun immune for the rest of the fight (indicated with a text message + animation like how he removes your HP)

This boss should not be able to be oneshot or cheesed, get good.

Here's the thing, mon ami.

The only thing the devs could do to anti cheesed Simon would be to delete luminas, pictos and weapons, delete the game of our libraries and cut our fingers.

So let players do what they want yeah? it's a free world...at least for 3-4 years then good luck people.

Care to tell me how you'd cheese it with the changes I mentioned?
Sure let players do what they want, if they can't handle the boss and wanna download a cheat mod nothing stops them. That's what they're already doing by avoiding the fight and oneshotting.

Yeah. Late game they can be very powerful. So can other builds though. They're differently powerful and new power is unfamiliar power.

Sergantuss is correct.

Sister have a very strong T1, but nothing to follow it up with. Their vehicles and anti-armour squads, both suck. Once you start rolling out Defilers, they have no realistic answer. Mass Cultist Grenade Launchers to keep them busy and spending resources on replenishmen, while capturing some positions around, is definitely how to handle Sisters.

Also works well against Dark Eldar.
