But yeah maybe that's why the CPU eldar in soulstorm are giving me trouble with their melee blob of guys with bladed staves. Flayed ones were dying fast to them.

Flayed ones aren't meant to be used as hard melee counters, they are used to force your enemy's ranged units into melee.

Necron Warriors are enough to facetank their melee units, while your other Warrior squads stay at range distance to blast them from afar. Just make sure you are staying on top of reinforcing them when units die off.

If the enemy is going hard into melee, equip the Necron Lord with the lightning field and watch their squads get nuked.

Heart of the Swamp is far more of a challenge than the other two DLCs. It was balanced around the idea of being an endgame thing, as to trigger it originally, you had to have completed all of the Outpost missions for the base game biomes. You would ideally have access to red level gear by that point. However, it was too easy for players to skip the Outpost missions and not trigger the DLC, so the devs changed the trigger to having the Palladium, Titanium, Uranium, and Cobalt handling researches done.

One of the other challenges of Heart of the Swamp is the lack in dry ground to build on. Most of the map is water/mud, with the occasional small island. And there are a number of tanky creatures as well to contend with.

So, yes, if you want a challenge, then Heart of the Swamp delivers.

The last hit usually gives about 80% of the cutteray so you're not losing alot by driving away. It is very buggy tho for sure. I've seen node that are completely immune to the buggy cutteray, got out and mined it with my tarl no problem at all. It's a buggy cutteray bug.

It's "what." The word you're looking for is "what." Not every character would say "excuse me," but every one of them would say "what."

Does no one on the translation team know a writer? Every one of them, self published or not, would tell you 1.) "what" is a perfectly acceptable translation of "nani", and 2.) no one has said "you have the right of it" in conversation in forty to fifty years. Just use "you're right," "you got that right," or even just "right."

Also, they CLEARLY use English words at times. If the character clearly says "timing," put timing in the text box. Oh, don't change characters names to fit in cute little Pokemon references. I can't play X without getting a migraine from seeing Spearo and hearing Hopes.

Look, spelling mistakes, we've all made them. I'm fine with a few leaking through here and there. I'm also not complaining about the stuff that sociopaths are going to add onto this with crap about political agendas. My gripes are with annoyances like the ones above, where it ruins tension in a scene when you change "..." to "hrmmm," "um," "er," or whatever filler words you think will fit better than stunned silence.
