Just a quick note: you might be eligible for refund even if you purchased the game more than two weeks ago. Many countries have laws which provide very similar terms to digital goods as with the physical ones. If I understand correctly, this should be the case in pretty much all of EU, but you will have to look up the specific law. Australia and Brazil also appear to have strong protections in place, but I haven't looked into it that much.

I got all the achievements, but I do like the single player as well

Not worth it at all if you have Miyu....even less so if you have Kayo because Yumi from what I've seen increases damage and Kayo basically does a good enough job but yeah Miyu is really good for just having 1 support.

Wait till Wind. Also From what I've heard Futaba & Haru arrive same month and people are speculating that month will be November so if you're planning to save for them...hoo boy you'll be saving a prettttyyyy long time lol.

Here’s your friendly reminder regarding voting in this building tournament.

In the original post we said that “Voting will be done on the last day of the tournament, Saturday, August 23 (unless extended).” No NMS expedition started during our tournament so far, and it seems highly unlikely that a new expedition will start in the next day or two, so the voting will not be extended.

Saturday, August 23, 2025, is also the official day for players to view the bases in the tournament for voting consideration, as all base construction will be finished. We know that many of the bases have large part counts, so be sure to give things time to render as you visit and view those bases.

For voting, players will rank the top ten bases, giving 10 points for their 1st place, 9 points for their 2nd place, etc., down to 1 point for their 10th place vote. The player with the most points will be declared the winner. We have more than ten bases entered into this tournament.

Players may not vote for their own base.

Since this discussion forum is part of the No Man’s Sky discussion forum on Steam, we are assuming that everyone building a base is on Steam or at least has access to Steam. Voting will be private and you can submit your votes by sending me (DennisM the Diligent) a Steam chat message with your votes.

If you’re not already friends with me on Steam, please send me a Steam friend request. I will put everyone’s votes into a spreadsheet and will tally the votes. I realize that I’m also a participant in this, but our voting rules indicate that we cannot vote for our own base.

Also, if you’re not already a friend with Tryshard, send a Steam friend request to Tryshard. Both of us will be happy to answer any questions.

I will capture all the votes that I receive (screenshots) and send all the data to Tryshard to verify that my totals are accurate.

To allow some flexibility for those in various time zones or those who may not be able to vote on Saturday, August 23, 2025, please contact me and explain your situation. In those cases (which hopefully are few), I will accept early votes on Friday, August 22, 2025, but only with advance notice.

To avoid the appearance of any favoritism, Tryshard and I have agreed not to vote for each other’s bases.

Ozwald, one of the participants, has graciously offered to keep a list of the current bases entered into the tournament, which is available in this discussion thread. Please be sure to consider all the bases in that list when you vote.

After the votes are tallied, we will have a celebration party at the winner’s base with some fireworks. Then we’ll attempt to visit each of the bases.
