I agree, anyone who needs a ban after receiving a month ban prior, should just be permanently banned because they clearly have not learned their lesson.

I wish they'd hand out perma bans more often, save people a lot of trouble here.

"More often" implies they do at all, and quite frankly I'm pretty sure they stopped doing that. Not sure why.

pretty scummy of you to not clarify from the beginning, that the season pass was limited and another one has to be bought to receive future content.

It's a.... season..... pass.
This is the industry norm and is in no way scummy, lasting 12 months isn't the industry norm though, it's much longer than other live service games.
