Up until Cov10 you will be fine with 10+ attack quick sweeper, or an AoE spell with 10+ damage.
Cov10 though makes it way harder.

I LOVE the new trailer, BUT all this was is another cgi trailer that never really showed off a great deal followed by a further delay from early fall to fall, not the end of the world but definetley a tacky bait and switch leaving me very uncertain of the state warsails will be in when we do get it (if it isn't delayed yet again)

i hope that at least a few parts of the trailer show actual gameplay and if they do, its awesome. Trailers are trailers though.
Games with ships get boring quickly because there is no variety, open sea always looks the same and if both sides can field 4-5 ships max battles are the same every time. For me even after 1500 hours battles in bannerlord allways feel different, it might be a different battlefield, different composition of own troops or enemy troops, hope warsails will manage to expand on that.
Maybe TW is making sea battles with 50+ ships and boats, that'd be really something new.
The trailer also somehow looked more like a music video to me.
As usual its easy to criticise. Less talking more raiding.

For a base attack to occur it doesn't matter how far it is, but an appropriate enemy POI with a troop ship must be present in the playfield.

That makes sense. Glad I am near one then. I was so confused why I couldn't find the spawn, but this is even better. Thanks!

cheaters are impossible to get rid 100%
but u can put enough resources to make
them begone. But when your game is 100%
free there is less resources.

The vault code is part of an early revolution quest, and the item from Mama Roach is way more useful than the money in the vault, which you can't fully loot unless you have tesseract to teleport with. I don't know if that item is even in the loot table for drops. Got another in demo playthrough, but I have never seen one drop in EA.

The other keyed vault has way less gold in it but a bunch of money, so you can carry it all away. Have not found a key. The manor key doesn't work, and I haven't been able to find another key anywhere in the manor. Maybe it is a random drop. Skeleton key works. Haven't tried the torch.

Lurk harder. I mentioned a few posts ago how I've nearly doubled my brother's playtime from the handful of times I played it while he's owned it for years. This lad hasn't even played it. But sure, if we reduce it to simple ownership, then I'll happily concede that NEITHER of our opinions matter. Don't expect him to follow suit, though.

Lurk harder? Oof. Sorry I couldn't type fast enough to say you not owning the game still makes your opinion valid, despite you not having a direct stake in it.

Not hostile, but I've also expressed many times how I've followed this game for years, played it several times for dozens of hours, and wanted to buy it to play with my brother. If that somehow is equally valid/invalid as someone who has never played it, never expressed an intention to buy it, and constantly frames their argument as a larger industry one, then by all means, consider us equals.
