But refusing to do business with a specific country, or a specific company, or a specific individual is legal for the private sector.
It is not legal for the public sector and states cannot arbitrarily decide to exclude from procurement or any other business they conduct companies, both foreign and domestic, based on the nation they are incorporated in, just as they couldn't exclude from business individuals because of their birthplace or the colour of their skin.

The only case in which such exclusion is lawful is when the federal government has determined the foreign policy of the USA is to boycott that nation, companies or individuals thereof.
And that's because foreign policy falls under the exclusive purview of the federal government and not individual states.

I explained why. The devs read it. And also articles are formulated over reviews and comment threads and what the community is doing. It also poisons the well. I already explained it thoroughly. Either you are not understanding or you are ignoring. If you are too bored to read the entire repsoonse, then don't bother with responding yourself.

And I can give examples. Jardier was much more lenient trying LMU out but because of all the negativity around EVO his last stream "state of EVO" was clearly influenced by this bias and he was even ignoring news threads right in front of him. Perfect example of poisoning the well.

Exactly, and 7k to 8k of those 11k reviews are positive. The discussions that Kunos also reads for feedback do not reflect this because it is the same 15 trolls day in day out making negative threads. A good portion of them do not even own the game and are running around telling people to refund the game (the guy in the yellow racing suit avatar, he does nothing but troll)...

I sure wont sit idle and let trolls run rampant on a game that I INDEED think is doing fine!

I don't care if you care, the comparison is to show peoples bias. And it seems you too like a parrot are affected by the poisoned well. Everyone is whining over the communication, and so you are also doing the same.

The LMU example is to prove that this is not a fault of the game, but of haters trying to create negativity around a game.

That is not logical. For a large developer with money, yes. For smaller developers it is much harder. And it is not a matter of perspective nowadays, it is a matter of games becoming increasingly harder to make for the last 15 years now.

I responded to this above and explained why it doesn't work. We should not keep silent no matter how tiring and boring the lot of you are parroting the same comment over and over again.

Its also not physically getting tired, lol, I'm on holidays. Why would I be physically tired?

My issue is not difference in opinion. My issue is that there is a bunch of you parroting the same thing day in day out. At that point its not just sharing an opinion which has been stated 10 times already, its trying to push a narrative or even push the opinion on others.

End of the day you still gave no actual arguments to the subject matter. The communication.

They do communicate when they have information to share and people still whine, proving my point, some people are just here to hate. And it seems they might have affected you as well.

A developer is not obliged to give a date if they don't have one. They have shared all the info we need. From there on its trying hard from these people to shine negativity on the practice of a developer whos job is NOT to sit and comfort the community every other day, but to work on the game afterall. I agree with GN that the US government may intervene to prevent Intel from collapsing. However, if that happens, we don’t know what form this intervention will take. Instead of simply providing more taxpayer money, the government might allow another US company to merge with or acquire Intel - including Nvidia, even if it sounds absurd at the moment.
