Art for locations

Hey, I'm a bit sad there are no art pieces for unique location tiles on hover (resources etc) like it was in Endless Legend. Imo it was a big part of immersion and the overall esthetics of the game. In EL2 it's a simple tootlip... or did devs mention somewhere they will add them in the future?

game freezes for half a second

I don't know why but rdr2 refuses to work properly on my pc. Every half a second in any place it freezes/stutters for no reason. I play 2K on a combination of r7 7800x3d + 5070ti.
During freezes, FPS drops from 100+ to exactly 54, and the videocard load - from 100% to 95%. tried playing with the graphics settings - it didn't help.. I turned off vsync, triple buffering, limited the frame rate, changed the engine from vulkan to dx12, etc.

I think it's hilarious in the year 2025 in a section that's restricted to just adults for purchasing (yes, yes...) I find it strange that we still need to say things like:

"All characters in this game are 20 years of age or older."

Of course, stuff like that is for all the karens and people that want to protest. We all know the type...too "large" for anyone to find attractive, or the ones that have defaced themselves in ways that are unreal and soooo unique that they all seem to do the same thing.

Anyway, my correction to the line highlighted above:

"All characters in this game AREN'T REAL PEOPLE and don't have an age. Although, the creation of the game started in 2020 and we do enough actual math all day."

Alright, so I added that second statement as a last minute thought on the fly so you can treat it as optional, but I find it all ridiculous anyway. Just like certain Anime shows need to specify ages when Western protesters discover them a decade or more after they've already won their awards and grew their audiences/cult followings. I enjoy their approach because they go just as ridiculous with it...apart from their statements (which are generally comedy gold in many cases lol) they make all their character ages centuries old or into the thousands of years lol

But yeah, my two cents :)
Gotta say too, this game looks really cool actually and I look forward to giving it a go!
Keep up the good work and don't get discouraged. The people that love your work are the ones you should be paying attention to. Not those others... :)

And they stop selling nails to the player as soon as s/he has built a workshop or are there other thresholds as well - a mine built or a maximum quantity?
Btw I was a bit surprised to see travellers selling nails for 12 whereas the S price is 18 and the B price is 29.

i just started a new embark... and i have to slog through that part once more reeeeaaallll quick... i can save embark prefs but not labors/"gameplay prefs". It'd be great to be able to save a profile I could load at the beginning of each new embark that sets all of my settings the way I like them. that would save so much time when making a new fort. It could even be as easy as saving a file akin to saving a new advanced world gen set of parameters that you have made. It'd go in your DF prefs folder, like some sort of embark_profiles.txt
