reading the in game news it's actually because the factory that was canonically building them has been captured by the enemy, and the cooldown increase is only for 48 hours. if they were concerned about their profits it'd be a permanent thing, or last at least until a few days after the ODST warbond drops.

You either have football IQ, or you don't, and many bought into the game despite lacking it.

It's not a true-football game, not in the slightest, it's arcade, but the IQ is still needed in some capacity and far too many lack it in regards to passing, positioning and defending.

I have been consistently defending since day one and I do it well, once in a blue moon will I find someone on my level or above for defending specifically.

That isn't an ego thing either, people simply do not enjoy or do not want to defend, but expect to win without marking, tracking back and covering, it's wild.
