For me its the forced 5 v 5 match up, I rather play 1 v 1's and the lack of replay function baffles me. Dropped the game and have not looked back since, was curious if there was an update already.

I've never seen it twice in one game, but honestly, it's rarely a serious problem. I usually spend my food and then take the "throw out contaminated food" option. This week it cost me about 5 food after building a skyscraper.

I do also seem to be encountering the same fleet spam issue above. If I use the console to swap over to the Ralis' Raiders, they have over 73 separate fleets, which slows the game to a crawl even on slower time settings. The vast majority are in active combat fist fighting the other empires of the galaxy lol, my poor CPU 😂

I can only recommend killing some of the fleets, because of said poor performance.
You can just select them and then type " damage 10000000000 " in the console and it should destroy the fleet.

Thanks! Yep, I've been either culling the Raider fleets when performance dips too low with or hijacking control of the Raider empire and disbanding excess fleets from the Fleet Manager.

I have the same problem, I have a ryzen 5 5500 and 7600xt, 850W psu and my pc still turns off. Checked temps and they seem to be fine not exceeding 80deg C. Power supply should be enough, ive heard that my gpu is prone to power spikes but i wouldnt think it would spike an additional 300 watts. Also all hardware is less than a year old.

Yet why was it done?

It appears that ICE agents are going around wearing META AI Glasses, right around the same time it started. Likely using your social media and smartphones to track individuals.

META later released a statement on it claiming that: "Instagram Map is off by default, and your live location is never shared unless you choose to turn it on. If you do, only people you follow back — or a private, custom list you select — can see your location.", yet previously that didn't seem to be the case.

User's Instagram photos and posts where plotted across the map with their very location, even if the location sharing feature disabled. It included both real-time locations, and also had earlier posts tagged with a location too.

Facebook has been fined multiple time.

Same deal with xTwitter.

Yeah, I've been on day 92 for 4 real life days trying to complete it, but it always crashes at exaclty 2:17pm, consistently, I guess my RTX 4090 and Ryzen 7 7800X3D don't cut it out anymore... guess I'll try a much less PC intensive game, like The Witcher III on Ultra
