I dont think one of the default movesets should have hypersonic tiptoe physics exploitation. I know its a default community moveset, but I dont think this should be endorsed.

in terms of protecting kids, we need to acknowledge that poor parenting is objectively to blame. kids need to be barred from these spaces at the home, and adults should not be compelled to censor themselves by the notion kids may be present. that defeats the purpose of ratings and parental controls, and as well is a defeated assumption that kids are even allowed into adult spaces when they clearly aren't and shouldn't be. we should not have to accomodate kids that should not even be here.

Could you increase the max Frame Limiter option value from 75, and allow for values such as 120, 144, 240, 500, 999? Using 0 (unlimited) can increase input latency compared to using 999 for example.
