Cloud wasn't removed, and White Knight was never a playable class in any version of the game.
What is even going on here?

Welcome to Darktide.

Every class has been designed to have moments to shine, and not every class can shine at the same things. I'll try to answer your questions.

1) You can melt bosses as Psyker, but that means playing a very specific build that boosts the damage of your guns and melee weapons, which means you're giving up something really unique to the Psyker: AoE damage and stagger. Most classes need to play specific builds to melt bosses, at the cost of something else, but in the Psyker's case it means giving up your unique strength. Psyker is not known to be the primary anti-Monstrosity class because of this.

2) Psyker can be anything from slow to agile. The most agile builds revolve around using guns and melee weapons, while the slow builds revolve around using staves to stagger enemies instead. So effectively in both cases you're avoiding enemy attacks by either dodging or staggering.

3) Psyker shines at AoE damage and AoE stagger. No other class can kill and stagger large groups of Elites like Psyker can. Unfortunately this means playing with staves, particularly those that combo well with Soulblaze. But in Havoc 40, a Psyker can melt groups of Elites over and over again because Psyker has infinite cleave that costs no ammo.

4) If you want to know where the cannon part comes in, it's your ability to cleave infintely, spend no ammo, and apply stagger at the same time. No other class can melt packs of 20 Elites like a Psyker.

5) AoE Elite killing without spending ammo, while providing your team with utility like CDR, stagger, and Shields.

And yes, the perk simply adds to that x variable.

So leaving the electronic caller on has less effect than on few seconds - off - on - off repeat?

The effect is activated with each call, and the attraction degree is randomly set each time.

I am running a i5 13600KF and all 12 performance threads are engaged. The game engine definitely robust enough to utilise more then the old 1-2 core CPUs.

Okay. Show your charts proving that X4 is actually utilizing those cores and not choked to death by a multitude of game engine bottlenecks. I'll give ya a hint: you can't. Those charts don't exist.

The deal is that the third refill costs the same as first and second ones. There is no profit from spending more when you can just wait the next day to refill again. The amount of real money you will spend is fixed but the time you are playing the game is not fixed, so one day you will find yourself with no lunacy left to refill, thus you will lose potential 2 refills per day. By doing 2 refills per day I’ve saved up 30k lunacy, 500 modules, 300 blue exp tickets and 1500 threads. By doing 3 refills you are risking to not save up as much lunacy as I had resulting in not being able to pull during next WN and Arknights collab. This year is really expensive due to 2 WN and Arknigts collab within half a year

Yes but imagine that you can, magically, get up to the 10 refills. You can do so much, skip, get a lot of exp and stuff, that is worth it if you're planning to level up everything that there is to level up in the game.
I have to do the numbers myself to see how it goes.
