But the reality of the situation is that rockstar did remove it, and you are delusional if you think rockstar will add it back without idiotic AI chat moderation that will ban you for literally anything.

Go to "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Sandfall\Saved\Config\Windows"
Make a file called "Engine.ini"
Open it and paste the following:

r.VolumetricFog=0
r.BloomQuality=0

Save, right click the file, select "Properties" and set it to "Read-Only"
