can someone explain to me how people like this spend so much money on a free game that they call it a "Money Drain"? My guy, learn some self-control. I have 600 hrs on this game and haven't spent a single dollar. The dailies for coin are more than enough to get you a 10 mythic pack once a week. save up for a while and get a 45 pack. Learn to grind, have some patience, and try to wrap your brain around just having fun instead of trying to figure out how a game with rng mechanics is rigged against you specifically. This may just save you a few $, but that would also mean giving up your conspiratorial mindset, which i don't think you're ready for. good luck i guess

It's not the consumer who's in the wrong, it's wotc, hasbro and their shills who have to wrap their brains around just making a good game instead of trying to steal everything they can with a garbage product. Look at the Arena Championship, lmao, almost nobody watches it anymore, it clearly sends a message that we do not want this direction. It's that simple. This is literally the problem with the modern world: these companies spending the money they don't pay their employees to try and change the mind of the consumer instead of applying it in R&D, in new head designers or something meaningful that actually improves the product.

''You guys are the problem! Game is great! No one plays it because we are not making good marketing, that's it!''

If you are going that way, you must blame the shareholder model. A company must make the maximum profit possible, or the shareholders can sue to replace the management (or something like that, Neal Stephenson explained in one of his books). This leads to accountants with spreadsheets who veto things that don't make money, according to their data.
