Try playing shields, they are tricky AND may take quite a bit of experience before you get all the INS/outs of them, yet after like 4 years of playing healers, I switched over to them. They are like some mystical class between healing and dps...so remember THIS important fact, when you are playing shields IT IS TO CLUE IN THE REST of your new/in-experienced team that THIS is how THE MATH/MECHANICS demand such a title be played IF YOU WISH TO WIN MORE (and yeah that CAN be more fun to many).

3 KILL COUNTS are always third on the list...avoid being that ILLEGAL GAMER or total amateur that only knows how to blabber on about kill counts and is UTTERLY OBLIVIOUS that there are actually two things VASTLY more important to experienced gamers!

Only 2 full on shields in the game...and about 4-5 others with partials. Focus on the two main ones, and try all the others also to see what you prefer!

the most i've done with a shield is just rushed the bottom site as blitz and blinded and aced

Is there a way to know when people come to surrender animals, when there are people in the office, sometimes i dont remember to check there and see people walking away with pets and stuff, but i dont always go that way if i have alot of pets there

How do I place a piece of equipment (ie Hopper) back into my inventory once I place it?

It's funny how people say it's your PC or upgrade your stuff. How is it the PC when out of nowhere AFTER PATCHES the game goes from running prefect to a stuttering POS with no changes to any configurations. Windows optimized, all systems optimized for gaming yet over night the game goes from perfect to barely playable. Are you telling me that I need to reconfigure after EVERY PATCH. That would not be the fault of the PC but something in the game causing it. Especially when every other game runs very well. If I have to change PC settings for one game, it's not the PC it's THE GAME

This is not how computer work. Especially not on a preemptive OS.

The configuration in BIOS, system, drivers and game decides whether the game works correctly or not.

NB: when bugs are identified then many computers are involved. The gamers can observe such errors/bugs despite a correct configuration. Those bugs can be debugged and are mostly shown in the crash logfiles.

That’s different on game consoles such as PS5.

My bad, I saw the $50 price tag and assumed it was a remake but they couldn't be bothered with that either it looks like

The multiplayer in the other games were a main draw for the other games? No. No it wasn't. This is a remaster of the original game which didn't have it, so it was not going to have it in the first place, and it didn't lose value just because you alone perceive it as such.

The draw to this game other than the story and the sandbox is Infinity mode, which none of the other games in the series has. But there was one problem with it - you couldn't save, which meant that you had to play the mode in one sitting until you died, have to leave irl for one reason or another, or worst case scenario your Xbox 360 got the red ring of death from overheating. The fact that you can 'suspend' your Infinity mode run in this version makes it the superior version to do it on because you don't need to play in a single session anymore. Also survivors are tracked on the map and keep spawning well after they normally would stop, so you can survive for way longer than you would in the original - potentially infinitely if things go right.

Is it a perfect remaster? No, but it is a good one. There are some things that I prefer in the original, such as certain cutscenes, but I can always go back to the original for that, but I would really miss some of the quality of life changes from the remaster, such as the dodge button.

The original is $10 right now.

I mean you make a great argument, and that mode is clearly a unique trait for this game that draws a whole other crowd, but I've always had a lot of fun with the multiplayer and first off, all I saw was the icon and "Deluxe Remaster" is small font, remasters aren't $50 unless they're Skyrim and even then it's still a scam. $50 is remake price. They changed the entire appearance of it and upscaled it a lot, making it look like more than a remaster (thus, the deluxe part probably).

But just because that exists doesn't negate that for $50 this should have multiplayer like the draw was for a lot of people in the other ones, maybe not your crowd, but a crowd nonetheless

Dark Souls Remaster and Life is Strange are $40, so not too far off from that.

Not all remastered games are below $30, and those that are worth more are not necessarily scams. Oblivion really needed the quality of life put into it, as did Dead Rising. Some of these remasters such as Dead Rising, Legacy of Kain and Suikoden are being used to test the waters to continue their franchises, and hopefully they pan out because Dead Rising will remain dormant, and Legacy of Kain won't get the conclusion it deserves. In the case of Suikoden, they're just really, really expensive to buy second hand for PS1 games, but at least we know it's getting a new game, but if the remaster did poorly, they would lose faith in it in all likeliness, and I wouldn't trust Konami to not cancel it if it did, but thankfully it seems it did quite well.

The Universal Carrier 6pdr's gun doesn't look like a 6pdr. The gun shield is passable I guess but everything else just feels wrong, is it lifted from World of Tanks or something? Could use a remodel...

also, the French universal carrier has a texture issue
