The only person being stupid is you, coming to a forum to complain about another player posting comments on a game HE OWNS, and you need players to look out for him because you feel so vulnerable.

In the beginning of Chapter 3, I declined on participating in the fighting contest immediately because I wanted to explore the rest of the city. After Kohaku got lost and I found her, I realized I couldn't initiate the event anymore despite not participating in it. Oh right, not sure if this was a bug and more so just a translation issue. But I believed that in the Kohaku route for Chapter 2, the fairy referred to Goshe as a "human being." Which is obviously inaccurate.

Hello, we have released an update that fixes the bug preventing participation in the fighting contest.

Regarding the issue you mentioned about fairy referring to Goshe as a "human being"—in this game's setting, demi-humans are essentially considered "human beings," so this is an intentional design choice.

They are testing how little bandwidth they can get away with before the game is unplayable. The delay in changing gear sets is an example of gating server request. WoW did the same thing in the auction hall. If you spammed the server constantly polling for prices you would get a cool down and your page would populate one line item every few seconds. It took forever to load a page of items for sale. This took some time to take affect so it only really affected AH trolls.

Server load is the cost of doing business and the less bandwidth we get the less it cost them. They are thinking about LotR and millions of peeps. A little bandwidth adds up.

Yeah you can choose to not engage with it, have fun taking much MUCH longer to find the items in the sproutlet shop I guess. God forbid the PvE server doesn't have PvP in it.

honestly, I'm with you. i didn't join a pvp server bc i wanna avoid most of the commenters in this thread telling u to suck it up or calm down >_>. Literally stating a case (a good one) and everyone thinkin' u lost ur marbles. I don't like pvp period. thus why i joined P V E lol

I am trying to log in for a while and the game keep sending me back to login. I log in, choose a world and... back to login. I restarted the internet, relinked steam with jaqex 3x... nothing works.
