No the game struggles.
I had a 3090 and the game had issues.
I now have a 5080 and i can run it at max but you shouldn't have to have a brand new card to run a game that looks like this.

Poor performance will only hurt the devs / sales.

Not sure what is going on because this isn't even a UE5 issue. They really have to add DLSS4 , FSR and do a real optimisation pass.

The game is fun but it needs to run much better on mid and lower end hardware and ideally handhelds.

Yeah, it seems my problem is I try to recruit so many units.
When my Reputation lv up, I have the merit to expand the troops. So I try to recruit as many as I can. For easy battle, the main heroes, can clear them alone. But for harder battle, the fodder injured alot. And the cost is too high. And I give them no equipment. Only give them main weapon, because they have low str.
Now I have 7 troops (7 legendary hero), about 50 normal troops, 2k6 daily salary. But can do only tomb lv 1, cant clear bandit lv1 yet.

it becomes impossible for anything to eat plants once you evolve a toxic mushroom variant there is no way to give a plant eating creature tolerance for it
