Hmm, I think there was one space battle that had a bunch of waves vs the drukharis...

Space battles can be pretty bugged. I myself have not experienced that issue that you can only move 2 hex... Does it limit the ram maneuver as well? Are you in a nebula or something? Certain space 'obstacles' slow down your movement, but it shouldn't slow you down that much.

2 turns in a row? Odd. Unless their turns go before you this should not happen. There is a skill called 'Silent Running' that lets you go before the AI almost always (there are 2 tiers to this skill).

Do you have this feeling all the time or during specific moments, like city view?
But yes, try to reduce the UI and let us know.
The default UI has been changing quite a lot as players has different opinions, but curious to know more.
