3K is 180s up to at the final 260 when they ceased to exist. While the setting of AoE2 is late 4th century until late 16th century. Whereas Chronicles is literally based on the mod that encompasses the Achaemenid Persia up to the Barbarian Invasions of Rome, and Han dynasty.

You're wrong on every front. AoE1 included disconnected regions, Romae ad Bellum featured these same regions, Chronicles will include those regions. Three Kingdoms cannot be anywhere but in those regions. They fit exactly there.

Sicilians and Venetians were separate peoples from the rest of the Italians for the entirety of the period. They are separate.

Bohemians is Czechs, just named after the medieval Czech kingdom of Bohemia, the same way Malians, Byzantines and Incas aren't Mandinke, Greeks or Quechua.

The EO definitely doesn't specify the payment networks/processors. But the bill being presented to Congress in the US does actually accomplish, as far as I can tell, what is being said.

I'm not sure why the EO, which mirrors the bill pretty clearly, doesn't specify the payment networks. Perhaps the EO is intended on targeting the banks themselves for "debanking".
