Hi guys , im sure this has been asked before . I've not watched the Fallout TV show, but heard about what happen to New Vegas and how it upsets people. Whoever won after the event of New Vegas, what's the point in freedom, choosing a side, and having multiple endings, when there's going to be or is already any confirmation that someone already won?

I can be totally wrong, but this can happen in any fanbase: There's freedom in a game, choose whoever you want to side with, but then there's canon where a side is chosen or whatever and it affects the game, like what's the point of choosing a side if someone is gonna win in canon?

The game works fine for me, and I'm playing at 2880x1620 DLDSR and medium/high settings, 100% resolution scaling and SMAA 1x. In the matches PvP and Co-op I've played I've observed 70-80% utilization - but I only got frame drops when large explosions with lots of particles occur. To be honest when I was testing I was not closely eye balling it. I'm mainly locked at 75 hz with RTSS and for the most part buttery smooth.

My specs are:
RTX 3060 12 GB @2180 mhz / 17.8 ghz memory
Intel 12700K, 5.0 P core / 4.1 E core / 4.9 Ring
Tuned DDR5 2x32 @6250 with all the primary, secondary, tertiary timings done

I had the same issue as you, I used RTSS to lock the framerate to 77 hz (that's what my overclocked monitor refreshes), then through trial and error I used Scanline Sync to 'push' the tearline off the screen. I use async as my frame limiter with passive waiting disabled.

ESO like many games uses an awful lot of bright flashing lights ,, you may need glasses and even sunglasses may help .. I must admit i do wish i had the option to mute down the irrelevant spells that other players constantly spam for no reason ! ...Another reason i dislike the MMO side of this game too
