Steam utilizes CDNs and occasionally they go out of sync. Just need to wait it out.

No idea what FUD is.

You can put the dice on the screw and use the blow gun to push it at then downward angled block to cut the laser connection and launch yourself. no foil ball needed. i think this is the intended solution.
