Steam forums give answers in varying degree. I unfortunately cannot pin-point what's preventing the cards from dropping. If you want, feel free to report the issue in the game's Discord server to let the team know.

If you really want the cards, your only option at the moment is to buy them unfortunately. They go around few cents so it's not a major loss depending on your financial security. If it makes you feel any better, most of the time card drops give duplicates so you likely would still have to buy them.

Team Cherry changed that - and failed to deliver it. They are also failing badly at PR

I'm shocked at how little trust people have in team cherry now, even though I get why, but also, do you all really believe they will release a museum exhibit detailing the "hardest bosses", areas, characters etc? It will be out before september 18 and we will all feel silly for doubting it

Yes. Yes I do believe that team cherry “kings of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ PR and marketing” would reveal their entire game at a random museum and then not release it for another year citing “it’s not quite where we want it yet” I fully believe that. I also believe that SKONG tmrw, multiple things can be true

Elements of the story don't make sense to me either to be honest. For example, why did Adam help Eve kill so many of his fellow Naytibas. Why is he the only Naytiba that hasn't completely lost its mind and turned into a monster. How does a machine fuse with an actual biological organism in a manner that is biological instead of as an implant.

Raven was still technically an Andriod. So, her attaching Xion, the last remaining city on Earth for her fellow Andriods just to get Eve kind of doesn't make sense. I have no idea how Raven ended up inside a Naytiba and in a way not to fuse with it and have full control.

I don't believe they completely thought everything out to make everything to make complete sense. I can speculate answers to your questions, but honestly, I'm not really sure of the answers.

If Raven wanted to be on Adam's good side, then why do something that would turn Adam against her, such as attacking Xion.

Correct.
Mods themselves are not the problem. The mod management is the problem, especially when a mod (update) causes problems.

For me the most essential mods are Skyve (for mod management, playset configuration, startup configuration, logfile analyzing, moving profile location), Anarchy, Find it, Extra Landscaping Tools, Extra Asset importer (and tons of decal packs) and Road Builder.
