Sure you'll come up with some kind of slim rationalization to justify her exclusion but the fact remains everything about her character and production would be torn apart if it released today.

Another example is Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. The game was pronounced as an anti-woke masterpiece ENTIRELY due to spiteful hatred of Ubisoft. The devs quit Ubisoft and this you proclaim them allies. Even though the game is blatantly full of things you all find woke.

1. The cast is predominantly female.
2. The male lead is not a masculine badass and is shown up by his younger female companion.
3. The male is prone to emotional responses while the females are generally stronger.
4. The crux of the plot is the emotional response of a grieving mother.

BUT, since it was successful you lost the whole "go woke go broke" angle and declared it a triumph of anti-woke design simply because you thought it hurt Ubisoft.

A third example is Hades II. Hephaestus is depicted in a wheelchair. All the usual suspects made videos about "all mighty god being in a wheelchair" as woke. Not one realizing that in the actual mythology, Hephaestus was crippled by his mother Hera, for being ugly, and literally built himself a wheeled chair! There are ancient depictions of him one. Not one person bothered to do an ounce of research, and showed that they are completely ignorant to the source material and gods in general as most gods are not all powerful.

If woke media wasn't entertaining, dozens of networks (Hallmark, Lifetime, etc.) wouldn't exist. Entire genres of literature would cease.

The spin is interesting but nobody is buying any of that LOL

Meanwhile woke has been thoroughly trashed and kicked out of town, now gaming can get back to excellence :D

If you're willing to try out some PvE games Darktide, Deep Rock Galactic, and a few others can be quite fun. Generally less toxicity outside of the sweaty-tryhards since it's a purely cooperative game.
