You can't reward "precision" and "mastery" when RNG weapon bloom is a thing. There's nothing more inconsistent and infuriating than being on target and seeing your bullets fly around the crosshair.

Remove weapon bloom and do something else, like mastering recoil patterns, which is something WE can control.

To answer your question, it's a game-mode rather than a tool/weapon. Why the mod creator made it a game-mode rather than put it in the others tab idk (hope this helps)

OP, you bring up a good point. I did have eye strain just like you described when I first began playing SF. Unlike their previous games, it is harder to distinguish what is a crate and what isn't, what objects are movable and which ones aren't. SF is an incredibly detailed game, and perhaps almost too much. There are a lot of different crate styles and a lot of clutter types.

You're on to something with the level of detail in the textures but there is more to it than that. In real life there is an "infinite" level of detail but I don't get eye strain and don't get confused by visual clutter. Sure, in real life you have depth perception but 3d games are supposed to mimic that through shadows, lighting, texture, normal maps, etc. The problem isn't the level of detail but fake detail. It confuses our visual system by giving off contradictory signals. The brain is constantly getting confused trying to understand the scene, which results in signals to the eyes to look at it again, to dilate pupils, and to blink less. It really strains the eyes. It's a combination of an aging game engine and poor quality assets.

Translation. Developer is creating bureaucracy and wants creative control on the roadmap design. But put them at the bottom of the queue with the graphic designer. Their overall control as publisher is creating unnecessary quagmire over the patch because of some exec's grand idea probably to put a roadmap jpeg on the post with the patch.

Come on Micropose. You were supposed to be better than this. Don't be another Paradox...
