The first one is the one with the cooking recipe, if you happen to have found it already you can go directly to it.
For the second and third, you are indeed supposed to search all the remaining caches as they would have been empty the first time around. I think I read somewhere that there are specific configuration that can help determine which prepper cache is which (between hunter and conspiracy) even on interloper like a cache in L shape or something like that, I don't remember exactly...
If you're lucky your caches could be some easy ones like PV, ML, FM, or bad ones like HRV, AC, BRK

yes, it works on the deck oled for me, no issues here. 30-45 fps with ultra quality plus with xess(or whatever its called).
