Private owners are not in complete control of their property, their property rights are protections granted to them by the state, and that power can be witheld or reduced when it services the general publlic's interests. (wages, elections, union activity, patient rights, etc.)

The state can and ought to withhold rights from private property owners to increase freedom of the general public to speak freely when necessary for maintaining open discourse.

there's a few reasons for it
1- calling medic while already being healed is code for "PLEASE ÜBER ME" among more experienced players
2- calling medic before rocket jumping is pretty important in higher levels of play, it might just be force of habit
3- Lead Poisoning

You apparently don't know the truth. New world was changed to a PvE centered game, because their "Vision." didn't work out the way they planned. In the alpha phases, people were not playing the game the way the devs intended. Some were, going around pvping normally and getting loot/interacting with the world, but there were some that just sat naked inside of bushes outside of towns with muskets and head shot people while prone in said bushes.

Devs described it as nothing more than a blood bath and was not what they had planned for the game. So, they had a poll. The poll was to see if people wanted more PvE or to stay open world/full loot pvp and guess what won? The big problem was the game was changed very close to their plotted release and not kept back for the year or two it needed for the change, thus releasing broken on a technical level and a content level. It is what it is, but it wasn't the PvE'ers fault the fantasy rust didn't work out, it was the PvPers that just can't resist playing the game in the most toxic way possible.

having the same problem, maybe try going through all your mods and turning them off one by one. Im not really into the technical stuff so i couldn't give you much of a better answer than that

The problem is that this wasn't a voluntary step in the right direction. It was a kick in the butt from behind to get them moving in the right direction.

The mastermind behind this recent nonsense is surely still determined to implement their unpopular ideas.
