didn't i already reply in your other topic explaining that selling items is not intended (and practicaly useless) in this game?

depending on how far you are in the campaign, you unlock the forge (pretty early on, it even has a side-quest in the next town where you just have to run to the forge in town and click it, nothing more) from the moment you unlock the forge you can open it anywhere you want to salvage the shards you need (early on you focus on the ones you need for the gear you have on you, so if you are doing a caster or ranged class, you'll want to scrap the items that have stats on them for casters/ranged classes and not the sword with only +melee affixes)

and after around lvl 20 (also told you this before iirc) you start using the lootfilter (if you haven't already) and hide 95% of the stuff that's dropping. only showing items you want to equip and items you want to scrap for shards.

i can tell you now, even without knowing what items you have equiped... in 10 levels you're probably not wearing any of them anymore. and by the time you reached the end of the campaign you'll probably have some uniques stashed and everything else you can scrap/drop on the ground (taking it out of the stash and selling it to the vendor NEXT to you will probably take much longer then you'd pick up gold from just playing)

and if you're not playing SSF, this will be the hardest campaign playthrough you'll do, seeing there are uniques with very low level requirements you can store for future leveling (you can even slam low level items later on in the game and make them even more powerfull (and could just as well do the whole campaign, not picking up a single item -> you can set the lootfilter to show you gear with affixes you need for crafting. and probably best to set it so it will always show items with +skill level because those are rare shards to drop)

OK I just need to get over the mental block of needing to check out every piece of gear (and to sell it). I come from a world of games where loot = money or salvaged for materials. I just doesn't feel natural leaving it all on the floor :D

OK so at this very moment in time I'm playing 2 handed sentinel, therefore I'm going to filter out everything that is below rare and doesn't have physical damage and physical crit on it.

Screw the other stats like bleed, void damage, necrodamage, frost damage, cold damage, fire damage, attack speed, damage over time, stun chance, yada yada. I'll figure that stuff out when I'm actually at the end of the game.
That should be good.
