Change too what ever you want, Ultrawide 21:9, I think started too work, but I have 32:9 And still got 2 small bars each side.

And why are you using OpenGL? Your GPU supports DX11.1 so you should start the game in DX11.
Also, I don't see what your issue is as this game.log isn't from a crash. It is also not vanilla due to your plugins.
