i know Daemon tools was being flagged even tho thats not anything bad

fast TTK is better than bullet sponges. I don't want to shoot a player more than 5 or 6 shots, its lame and unrealistic.

His point is secure boot obviously is supposed to cure world hunger is it not?

Secure boot helps but isn't going to prevent everything. It will cut down on the low tier free cheats people find on the first page of google. It will help, but there isn't a way to prevent cheating 100%.

Just a few questions:


1. Were you trying to run the game on Steam Deck by any chance?

If yes, then unfortunately openGL issues are expected for now. Our engine does not support Steam Deck innately (though we're going to change that by release).


2. Did you load a save file from the previous version of the demo?

If your answer to #2 is "yes" I'd be curious if you get the same issue when you start a fresh game. It's possible there's a version incompatibility we didn't account for.


If "no" to both questions, then I don't have a theory off-hand. Would you mind posting your PC specs in that case? Especially your GPU would be good to document.

Lists the version.dll and other names it can take depending on game. Is possible an AV might pick them up too.. or not, depends if its always the same code in em or if it is different depending on game.
