Game Science confirmed that there is content for Wukong coming. We don't know if it's a DLC though.

I don't know of an official source that confirmed a DLC.

yeah not an official source I could find but the announcer guy at gamescom when zhong kui trailer showed hinted there was dlc still coming for wukong.

I feel like when the arctic poles map is released, they'll include a water storage for vehicles and it will be a sellable resource.

Really depends; could be avoiding opening lots more clustered-up chests and lootable bodies to turn over.

Also the others not possibly sharing drops they no longer need over an upgrade they just got.

Literally had 2x +24% Crit and the guy with the Dark Baron Relic trying to take Crit Hits did NOT take EITHER of them whenever I would drop them from upgrading my own stuff. HOW do you rationalize this.

i dont leave games due to players relics, but everytime i see someone with crit or crit +1, i be like "this run is cooked" ngl sometimes i wont, but the people with this specific relic tend to be in the ground or not do dmg ;-;

I haven't heard nor seen a single praise for the new Wishing Wharf. Please state any sources where you've seen any of that.

And no. Actually putting things into perspective is not "handwaving away trying to make excuses" (handWAVE, not handJOB, thank you very much). The only handwaving in here was done by you, just throwing away the possibility for 32'000 or even 43'000 free doubloons as "Eh, no one is making use of that anyway!"
Without any proof whatsoever for nobody willing to make use of it, of course.

Also, in what way is me saying "tier X ship prices are way too high" the same as "making excuses for predatory behaviour"? Maybe you could start with explaining that one.

because i rather wanted core promised mechanics then a dlc faction and naval..

And what "core promised" mechanics is that, and where did they promise you that?
