You are aware that at absolutely no point in time has the dev said it was steam's fault? Stop being so entitled and devoting your entire life to slandering someone trying to release a game for your enjoyment...

If you check the dev's steam posts, you'll notice at least 2 instances where they a/dmit fault and says it was their mistake for the missed release date (18/08). Relax a bit, you've put approximately 0 money towards this game so just have a little patience in life. Not everything worth waiting for has to arrive when you expect.

The addon works and the NCPs appear, but not the textures, i have em all but they just dont load. I dont have any other addon molesting the military combine one, so i dont know what is it.

Don't they have revealing outfits? I think you can see them outside the racing parts. (Some of the girls wear skirts as far as I remember)
