Is this game just another overhyped game that'll get boring in a few hours? Got burned a few time already (helldivers comes to mind.) Would it be fun to play solo at all?

How so? If you're simply just "uninstalling" them through the in-game mod.io section, then you're mistaken. Unfortunately, that typically doesn't work all the time. The integration is borked.

You have to go into the game files manually and delete them.
(If you've already done that though, then disregard my comment.)

For anything having to do with the game directly, yeah.

Ultimately video games themselves are useless, other than for passing the time and having some fun. Achievements don't really do anything either, other than track some progress and provide something you can show off if you want to. Some people wanted steam inventory items, the devs put them in. That's about it.

I'd say they should let a decent AI take over for the leaver, the penalty yall keep clamoring for isn't going to work. Many games have them now days and I'd argue they aren't all that effective. (Unless you run some kind of cult like league of legends...)
