How do i install and play the Napoleon mod?

So after 6 hrs of playtime, i have had one random shutdown ? not sure what thats about.
Bugs Encountered

• using the mining weapon / laser weapon after over heating the weapon sometimes never cools / reloads, rendering it completely useless, saving the game and reloading will sort it out.
  
• Dying whilst have certain items on you will be gone forever, Stator, rotor etc found from the downed drones, this then makes it extremely difficult to progress certain tech trees.
  
• building a raised platform, with the support limits in place which is annoying - placing a building on the platform and the deleting the building makes a hole having to build that part of the floor again. Deleting certain building on raise platforms can cause to game to crash - i had this once - then stopped using raise platforms.

Gameplay Mechanics / Improvements

• Hotbars for buildings - platforms / anything. Currently tedious to switch building in the main build menu.
  
• The status icons for the food / water etc are not very helpful, please show similar to what we get on the inventory screen, or just a percentage or number.
  
• Balancing of ratios / machines , seems to much 1-1 ratio at the moment.
  
• OCL upload speed needs dramatically increasing.
  
• Ruptures early game take too long for the heat to dissipate, i want to play the game not have to wait for the whole factory - which now does nothing- to cool down
  
• More guidance, for first interactions etc, i used one of the radar tower things and got swarmed luckily i had a pistol with plenty of ammo to defend but would have been nice to have some warning / intro that this was a mechanic.

System Performance
by no means am i on ultra modern hardware but i have listed my specs :

• I9 9900k
  
• amd rx9700xt 20gb gpu
  
• 32gb Ram
  
• 2tb nvme ssd

performance wise i was averaging at 45 fps having massive cpu and gpu spikes at the start of the Ruptures events , where every gets burned.
Final Thoughts
Has potential, really like the way the rails can be loaded with anything and will be moved only when needed to where ever it need to be, - i don't approve of sushi rails but they work -
Release on demand from machines really help with this.
As with many play tests hopefully performance will be tackled later on down the line.
Looking further through the stuff i have not unlocked - game looks like could get interesting / demanding.
Not sure the Progression is the best way forward, to make a rotor you need to find a rotor first ? same with other parts ? i like having to explore the world but no looking for one particular part i need to progress.


Still going to invest a few more hours tomorrow.

i just took like 4-6 month break from this game. once i came back i wanted to play on my favorite map, but it isnt there.... did devs delete ice palace map? if not then how can i get it?
