I saw that Qudans did sidestep into launchers a lot of times, rekting Arslan real hard in the azz, but that's not what I'm talking about when I say movement. Towards the entire set all I can see are two players playing stiff, neutral almost doesn't exist, I didn't see any of two did some movements a lot like backdashing or anything that can be considered as movement that baits opponent out for whiff punishment. I saw Arslan did a few whiff punishment but in the late phase of the set.

So no, nothing I saw that can considered movement in the set.

Just backdashing isn't a viable strategy in T8 like it was in T7 because of the nerfed backdash distance, so if that's what you define as movement, then no, there wasn't any, but movement is more than just backdash, side steps are also movement, and there were a lot of those.

Are you sure? Just wait for me started playing ranked and I will show you proper movements.

Pretty disappointed this isn't fixed yet. I became furious recently when I went up against some of the harder enemies when I got rushed by 3 melee and someone shooting at me with a drillshot. Parry was constantly putting me in a stagger, and the Retaliate skill also staggered me and refused to trigger it's damage on enemies

This on top of enemies dashing and using abilities more often, meanwhile half my defensive ability doesn't even function properly

Oddly I saw none of this after the monday server maintenance, but the day after I noticed it constantly. And then today (before the update today, the 21st) it was happening in pretty much every melee fight I entered. I don't know if the type of enemy I was fighting mattered

At any rate, I was so upset at the experience I think I'm going to step away from the game until this is fixed
