ofc, that could be also interesting if the hit chance could be very low, and if one day you are hit by a lightning then you could gain some kind of buf perma or not...

Sounds like you might just have poor taste friend, there is way more varieties of Necron then there are Space Marine or Ork, which mostly just boil down to "dude with gun", "tank" and "mech"

Not really, I was looking at a modern large Necron army and they all look the same. Really dull. They are known to be one of the less popular factions for a reason. People find them boring. SM have tanks, dreadnoughts, bikes, centurion warsuits, anti grav vehicles, landspeeders, fighter aircraft, thunderhawks... LOADS more variety than the Necron vehicles, and this sort of variety is near enough equalled with IG, Eldar, Orks, Tau etc. In terms of infantry I would take any organic one over legions of robots. There are clear delineations between the different types of infantry in the Space Marines, IG, Eldar etc. with many looking wildly different to others. You look at a massed Necron army on the tabletop and they all look the same! Maybe slightly biger shiny metal robot with a bigger green weapon is all.

+1 on the morale & rest fatigue. It's really bad atm

I pity the poor bugger who has been asked to write the dialogue for the Adeptus Mechanicus campaign and characters. Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus set the standard very high indeed.

Yeah this is the situation I'm in right now. I think I have to start over or otherwise I won't be able to make a new movie for an entire year while the required research is loading. This upgrade needs to be much shorter to get.
