The game has a setting on by default that limits your framerate to 30 when you aren't tabbed in, but other than that it does run a bit heavy if you are using a higher resolution or framerate monitor. I get about 90-150fps depending on the area and what's going on with a 3440x1440 monitor and ryzen5800x and rx7800xt. For me it uses almost 100% of both cpu and gpu when tabbed in, and also around 20% when tabbed out. That's pretty typical for unreal engine games though. If the game looked worse I'd question it though.
