The gold mining sim league just started today, a lot better than POE2

This definitely does automatically fire extra shots which definitely have at least a little auto-aim to them - the "auto-aim" is very obvious with the right character. However, the effect is pretty marginal unless you heavily upgrade your gun... and at every point the shooting power tends to be far more important.
