The garbage trucks are worth 5, the smaller cars it splits into are worth 10 each, and then the fast cars that those split into are worth 15 each. And then there are some other secret point scoring opportunities as well! :)

Flamers do literally 0 dps to any vehicles. By 0, I mean it. Single chimera will destroy 2-3 packs of battle sisters with flamers.

Standard game, the tech that increases their pop cap also increases reinforce speed. See here all the field logistics upgrades:

i said guardians, the eldar guardians cost 30. You get units with 80 more health per model and a higher armor class, better morale, higher squad size, only 10 point more req for the base squad and 5 more per unit.

Obviously you'll want to build anti vehicle units when you get to T2 rather than feed sisters of battle to a chimera much in the same way you'd not spam out fire dragons to kill a pure infantry army.

It's not exactly a "Utility" spell, but I like the Ice Ball spell.

Specifically, I like using it to extinguish the many many fires that get spawned through the use of the Meteor spell.

When the chaos clears, and no enemies are left standing, it's nice to be able to put out all the fires, and not have to weave through them suffering burns or making your allies run around screaming.

Also using something like Fire Touch to cook dropped meat/fruit/nuts for quick emergency cooking is also a neat thing.
